Completion requirements
The platform has been implemented for 4 user categories: • Internal: For ACSA employees, who will use their corporate credentials to log in. • Maritime & Professionals: For professionals in the Maritime sector and beyond who wish to receive cybersecurity training. You can select your category and create a new account. After completing the registration process, you will receive an email from ACSA to confirm your request. • General Public: For adults and minors interested in learning about cybersecurity in the digital age. By selecting this category, you can create your account immediately. For underage users, guardian approval will be required via email.
Yes, your active course schedule is available in the “My Courses” section of the platform.
Please try refreshing the platform or checking your internet connection.
Make sure that notifications are enabled in the platform settings.
Make sure that you are enrolled in the course.
The platform is available on all commonly used browsers, and the application is available on iOS and Android devices.
Yes, you can use the application on multiple devices, but make sure you log in with the same account.
You can change the language in the Language section under Profile Preferences.
If you have forgotten your platform password, you should use the “Reset Password” button on the login page.
If you attempt to log in more than 3 times with incorrect credentials within one hour, the system will lock you out, as it is considered a possible malicious attempt to access the platform. For approximately 24 hours, your network IP address will be blacklisted and no further login attempts will be allowed. Simply wait and try again after some time. If you still cannot log in, follow the password recovery procedure.
Many learning activities open in a new window. Make sure that your browser does not block pop-ups or that you do not have a pop-up blocker installed.
By clicking on your name at the top right of the screen, a dropdown menu appears. There you will find the “Logout” link. Clicking it will log you out automatically.
All of the above file types require Microsoft Office software. You should either obtain a license from Microsoft’s website or use open-source software such as OpenOffice or LibreOffice and install it on your computer.
